Emails sent out from colleges and faculties on and around the Sidgwick Site, said the incidents took place between 2 and 3pm in the afternoon. The flasher has been described as a “white male, early 50’s, 5ft4” or below, with a large build”.
The police are aware of the incidents and will be patrolling the area. They are also reviewing available CCTV footage in Sidgwick Avenue.
No information has been released about the date at which the incidents occurred.
The email forwarded to arts students, originally sent out by Dr Peter Hartland of the Faculty of Divinity, and another sent out by Newnham College, both encouraged students to report any incidents to the police.
