Guided meditation: An Easter Term essential
Follow the link for a 5-minute meditation designed to help you through the stress of Easter term.

I don’t know about you, but in the lead up to this term I had moments of utter despair-moments where I felt as though I was shoving panic into a little box and tucking it firmly into the back of my mind.
Panic of not doing as well as you want, and the upcoming exam season, may have forced you into a bit of a corner. DON’T PANIC. This is normal, and with a little meditation we can learn how to live with this extra burst of nervous energy. We all need to de-stress and find healthy ways of dealing with the Cambridge blues. I have teamed up with Varsity and recorded a five-minute meditation which you can come back to anytime.
When you feel as though you need someone to guide you through the stress of Easter term, let me help you through your moments of despair. You really don’t have to suck it up and do it alone. Meditation is a proven way to help you re-centre and find an equilibrium in times of unbalance. You can do it as often as you like or just when you feel as though you need a break. Sometimes starting with a morning meditation can help set your mood for the rest of the day.
Good luck and I hope that this helps.
