What I’m Wearing in Cambridge – Week 8
In the final instalment of our Michaelmas weekly online exclusive, Varsity Fashion finds some of the most stylish students in Cambridge
Clover Godsal (2nd Year AMES, St Catharine’s)
“I love it when people dress in a way that is mad and totally unique to them… but I have also learnt that your outfit has to be practical; hence the trainers and the big coat to stave off the Arctic chill.”
Anna Cardoso (2nd Year History, Trinity)
“I chose the fur jacket for a Upper East Side-meets-Tsarist Cossack look. Cambridge can get kind of grey so colour blocking is my way of lifting my spirits. The blouse and the coat are thrifted from Amsterdam and the jeans are my dad’s from the 80s. The shoes are Docs – I feel like a village cobbler in them.”
Emma Cavell (2nd Year English, Trinity)
“I’m usually the photographer so it’s strange being photographed for once, but the style I usually go for is classic with a twist of some kind. I think boot-cut jeans are underrated and colourful scarfs are essential to brighten up winter colours. A winged eyeliner, some small accessories, and we’re done.”
